Sara Drabik, M.A.
Lecturer/Producer-Director, Electronic Media & Broadcasting
Sara is currently teaching Media Literacy and leading EMB special projects classes. Hired on to help grow and nurture NorseMedia, Sara brings extensive experience in teaching, production and media activism. Her work focuses on documentary and community based projects that raise awareness of social issues and attempt to create positive social change. She spent three years serving on the Central States Regional Board for the Alliance for Community Media and is an active advocate for media reform issues on the local and national levels.
Sara recently completed her M.A. in Communication at NKU where she graduated with Honors. She earned her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Flim, Photography and Visual Arts from Ithaca College in 1999.
When not devoting herself to her work or her students, she can be found somewhere outdoors, usually walking her dog, Bobby Jo.
