Biography

Randy is the Academic Specialist for the Communication Department, but brings a wealth of experience. He has a Master's degree in Radio-TV-Film from Bowling Green State University and more than 30 years experience on radio and television working in Cleveland, Louisville, Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. He's also won 5 regional Emmy awards for his writing and reporting (he has two of them in his office). He's also taught some writing and interview courses here at NKU as an adjunct professor. But on weekends Randy transforms into an avid chef and amateur photographer who occasionally takes pictures at weddings. He's also learned some sleight-of-hand magic over the years. Randy has a college-aged son and daughter.
