Minor in Computer Information Technology
A minor in computer information technology consists of 22 semester hours, including the following:
- One of the following: INF 110, INF 120, INF 260.
- CIT 140, CIT 141 and CIT 370.
- One CIT elective at the 300- or 400- level.

Students should carefully examine the CIT electives available before registering for any INF or CSC courses, as many CIT courses have Informatics or Computer Science coursework as prerequisites. It is important to consult with an advisor when planning a schedule.
A grade point average of at least 2.0 in all coursework counted toward the minor is required. Transfer students must take at least 6 semester hours toward a minor at NKU.
